C.R.E.A.T.E. Award Winner 2023

The values of our firm are represented by the word C.R.E.A.T.E, in which the letters stand for, Collaboration, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Trust and Enterprise. These values set the behaviours expected of our team members in their conduct with each other, our clients and our community.

In the fourth year of the C.R.E.A.T.E award, Managing Director, Ross Hedrick recognises a stand-out recipient within the firm who represents our firm's values. C.R.E.A.T.E encompasses a variety of characteristics that each contribute to our team experiencing a safe and enjoyable workplace with the expectation of achieving a high level of performance.

Congratulations to Sarah Bridge, our very worthy winner for 2023. Sarah lives and breathes our values and continues to excel particularly in Collaboration, Respect and Enterprise by:

• Taking the time to get to know everyone and acting as a 'connector' of people within the organisation.
• Listening carefully to all matters that are brought to her attention and finding ways to achieve a resolution or an improved outcome.
• Treating all team members equally whether they are commencing their first day on the job or a bona-fide veteran of the profession.
• Piloting or co-piloting several projects including the development of the firm's intranet, the finishing touches on the office fit-out and the implementation of new software within the business.
• Always being on the lookout for ways to improve the firm's operational effectiveness or an increase to the budget for the annual Christmas function!
• Bringing a positive "can-do" attitude to each and every day.

Sarah is an integral part of our firm and we are grateful for all that she has achieved.

Sarah has been awarded a training budget to the value of $1,500 and $500 in gift vouchers of choice.
