In the third year of the C.R.E.A.T.E award, Managing Director, Ross Hedrick recognises a stand-out recipient within the firm who represents our firms values. C.R.E.A.T.E encompasses a variety of characteristics that each contribute to our team experiencing a safe and enjoyable workplace with the expectation of achieving a high level of performance.

Congratulations to Tamara Brown, our very worthy winner for 2022. Tamara has lived and breathed our values and excelled particularly in Collaboration, Excellence, Accountability and Enterprise by:

• Developing a bookkeeping calendar to assist in the scheduling of work and ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner.
• Setting up consistent processes in the bookkeeping work so the team has clear direction on how to approach each job.
• Learning a new unique software that required research and training in her own time, enabling a client to meet a very important compliance deadline.
• Always being willing to help, seek out a resolution and look for a better outcome for next time.
• Providing outstanding client service by clearly communicating with clients on their bookkeeping and compliance obligations.

Tamara is an integral part of our firm and we are very appreciative for all she has achieved.

Tamara has been awarded a training budget to the value of $1,500 and $500 in gift vouchers of choice.
