In the second year of the C.R.E.A.T.E award, Managing Director, Ross Hedrick recognises a stand out recipient within the firm who represents our firms values during what has been an incredibly challenging time both professionally and personally for everyone due to the COVID19 pandemic.

Congratulations to Lucy Muccillo, our very worthy winner for 2021. Lucy has lived and breathed our values and excelled particularly in Collaboration, Excellence, Respect and Enterprise by:

• Supporting her fellow Team Administrators during times of peak volumes of work to ensure deadlines are met.
• Undertaking training for new Team Administrators and providing valuable input in updating the training schedule.
• Actively participating and contributing to the change of Practice Management system and the upcoming roll-out of our new Terms of Engagement system.
• Demonstrating a high level of respect and professionalism due to her polite, courteous and engaging nature with clients.
• Remaining calm and positive during a time of constant change and offering new solutions when challenges were presented.

Lucy has a "let's get it done" attitude which helped the firm, our team members and our clients tremendously throughout the year.

Lucy has been awarded a training budget to the value of $1,500 and $500 in gift vouchers of choice.
